These include Oliver Chris (the security guard Jen lost Who Wants to Be a Millionaire for on The IT Crowd), Mark Heap (the downstairs artist neighbor on Spaced) and Julian Rhind-Tutt (the travel writer in the travel writer episode of Black Books.) Seriously, you learn to drive or you die...much more effective. These "big city folk" think they can drive just because they are use to tons of traffic. Dog-legged turns, 65 degree inclined roads covered in slush and snow, angry hill-billies blaring their horn behind you...that's some driving!
